Mario Albert Hernandez is a dynamic individual with an innate drive to succeed. Growing up, raised by his grandmother he learned the value of hard work and determination early on, which fueled his entrepreneurial spirit. Today, Mario is a successful businessman and a driving force in the industries of HR, recruitment, and sales.
With an impressive background and a diverse skill set, Mario is committed to bringing creative ideas and successful solutions to the table. He is a brand and culture driver, a brand creator, and a process implementation manufacturer. Mario's experience as a Manager of Talent Acquisitions in HR professional services, recruitment, staffing, RPO, executive search, and management consulting is extensive. He has worked with a range of systems, including SAP Successfactors, Jobvite, Greenhouse, Workday, Taleo, icims, and Lever, among others.
Mario's passion for success extends beyond his professional life. He is dedicated to giving back to his community and has established successful non-profit organizations, such as Fathers For Lost Sons and Daughters of America and the Fathers Academy. Through these organizations, he provides educational resources and support to fathers who have lost children due to violence or other tragedies.
